If you miss the delivery of your package, please check if an 'Awaiting Collection' card has been left in your mailbox. You will need to contact your local postal service to arrange for redelivery or collection, as parcels may be returned to us if they are not collected within a certain time frame.

If any parcels are returned to us, you will be charged a fee to cover the cost of re-shipping. We will contact you via the email address provided to arrange this.
